"The staff were very helpful. They helped me process a change with Expedia, which was complicated but we got it done. They were friendly and tried to accommodate our needs. The hotel and our room were very clean. The air conditioning worked very well especially in a very hot Naples. Even though some see the area near the Central train station as sketchy in patches we appreciated the convenience and the full view of the city of Naples. It is a beautiful classic old hotel which is impeccably maintained."
