The pool area is not appealing, or the lobby. The staff is not very customer orientated. Not a comfortable friendly atmosphere

When we got there I asked staff to purchase or get some milk for my 1 year old son until we made it to the store and they couldn’t help me with that then my mom decided to get a room here and they told her there were no rooms but she was able to book online. All the staff just didn’t want to do their jobs. I got a non smoking room but my room smelled like a bar and I have 2 small kids. It smelled absolutely terrible in the room and they only gave us 2 towels for a family of FOUR. There was rap music played outside our hotel room ALL NIGHT LONG we barely got any sleep. We will never stay here again.
