A modern 55-square-meter apartment located on the ground floor of a historic building with an lift (one step to access it), which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. <br>The apartment is located in Ponte degli Angeli, right in the heart of Vicenza, just a short walk from major tourist attractions such as the Teatro Olimpico and Parco Querini. <br>The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.<br><br>The space <br>The 55-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building with an lift (one step to access it). <br><br>The space is laid out as follows: <br>- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, TV, and split A/C; <br>- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, TV, and access to the en suite bathroom; <br>- BATHROOM (en suite) with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. <br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating with a boiler, split-system air conditioning (ONLY in the living room), washing machine (in the storage room), hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.<br><br>PLEASE NOTE. Air conditioning is provided via a split system and is available ONLY in the living room. <br><br>PLEASE NOTE. The bathroom is located inside the bedroom.<br><br>Guest Access <br>The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.<br><br>Additional details to note <br>Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Vicenza, which is EUR 2 for the first 5 nights.<br>We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy. <br>You can find all the information on the official AlloggiatiWeb website at<br><br>. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).<br>Estat: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.<br>Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C.
