"We had a fabulous time at Saint Sabine. We visited wineries, did tastings, visited the gorgeous but quaint hamlet of Châteauneuf en auxois, and hiked along the canal de Bourgogne. The staff was exceptional and we will absolutely come again. Gorgeous countryside !"

"It was a stop half way between the north and the south, we wanted to try somewhere new. It is completely basic, hence the price, but just off the motorway, easy to get to. Easy check-in, rooms clean. The shower wasn’t great but otherwise all good. The tv wasn’t plugged in for some reason and it took two of us to plug it in as it was very awkward. We had breakfast and it was decent, the lady working it was very nice. The actual village is absolutely stunning, very picturesque. All in all, a good stay"
