Set over two floors, the house offers spacious rooms and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: a suite with a private bathroom and balcony, plus two further bedrooms that share a second bathroom.

On the ground floor, the living room with a fireplace is a welcoming place to unwind with family or friends, while the dining room provides a comfortable setting for meals. The fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

Outside, guests have their own garden area, a pergola with space for dining and relaxing, a barbecue and a small swimming pool, making this a particularly pleasant place to enjoy warmer days.

Casas da Roteia comprises two independent houses on the same property, which covers approximately 2,000 m². Each house has its own clearly defined outdoor area, although there is no physical fence separating the gardens. You may therefore occasionally see guests staying in the other house, while each has its own distinct space to enjoy.
