"Lovely clean property and owners went out of their way to welcome us and help make our holiday special. Great setting in view of the sea in an unspoilt part of Portugal. "We very much enjoyed staying at the D. Maria Apartments. Clean bedroom and bath. The building’s street elevation is of historic design, the interior has been renovated but kept the large granite stone walls. Walking distance to restaurants and vine bars, easy park-house parking. Hotel is quiet and has a very helpful and accommodating staff. We returned for a second stay."

"Eduardo was an amazing host. He kept in contact leading up to our trip and offered directions and suggestions to help us with our travels. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. Our kids were in the pool every day and enjoyed the size of the house and rooms. One of few houses in the area with a pool it was an ideal base for our trips into braga and not too far from the beach in the opposite direction"

"The host Patricia was very kind. The appartment was somewhat dated. The pictures looked Better. Availability of linnen and towels was wonderful. However we had some problems with the doors of some rooms and locks not fuctioning correctly. The pots and pans were too small for us 8 people. Electricity broke of while cooking. (fuse) Despite all this I was glad I Could do some washing and cycling with my little girl in the back. I feel bad for saying because the location is great! Hopefully some...

"House is in an unusual neighborhood and was very difficult to find because hand-drawn maps were hard to understand and were in French. Owners are absentee landlords living in France and did not communicate on WhatsApp, as I requested. Tried by email, but owner always used French, not my language! No soap, shampoo, napkins, paper towels, condiments, coffee or tea provided. That being said, place was very clean, spacious (could easily handle 6 people) and beautiful, a few km from beautiful beach....

"Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos y tranquilos en la casa y en la localidad de Esposende. Una casa grande y con todo muy bien. La piscina es magnífica. La playa está a cinco minutos andando. Si tienes perro, a 10 minutos tienes una estupenda playa adaptada a perros. Si hay ocasion volveremos."

"It was a very nice stay. Friendly hosts. Clean and comfortable home nice shared green space. The beach and board walk was great and led to awesome restaurants in both directions. The only down side is it is a little isolated with out a car but there is a bus near by and taxis are available and under 10 euros to get to town "

"Spa was wonderful! The only downside was the tv welcome message came on twice in the middle of the night in my room and my friend's next door. Obviously this was annoying and woke us both up. The drinks at the bar were excellent but took awhile for the bartender to return. We enjoyed the piano player at breakfast. The beds were very comfortable."
