The property is a quaint no frills B&B with an awesome host Robert and his wonderful mom. It's very quite. The room was spacious; the bathroom was not attached to the room but that was not an issue. Socialize at breakfast was fun; we do not look for venues base on BF so. The facilities outside the room looked like advertised; lived in. Most of our time is spent away from any property so we don't need much to satisfy us; the property met our needs, The train station for trips to Cinque Terry is close so that's a big plus. A sign(s) marking the road would be nice.

This beautiful B&B is tucked away from the busyness of La Spezia. Only a 15-mins drive to the city, it makes a great launching point for travelers looking to do 5 Terres. The traditional Italian home has a lot of character, but of course the best part of the experience was the kind and friendly family that runs the establishment. You can look forward to a delicious breakfast every morning- just what you'll need if you intend to walk the 5 cities. Warning to those driving: make sure you're prepared for the unpaved and steep roads leading up to the B&B. Certainly worth the extra drive if you an make it.

Beautiful hillside home. Large and clean you’ll get a very Quiet night sleep and wake up to birds chirping in the morning. The owner is wonderful and grows every thing organic on the property breakfast was fresh eggs from the hen house, the most delicious local flowers honey from his on-site bee hives, fruit trees grapes tomatoes olive and herbs I absolutely loved it. I will gladly come back.

Roberto and his Mum were incredibly hospitable throughout our stay. Roberto offered lifts to and from the station every day and provided information on places to visit. Roberto’s Mum prepared an exceptional breakfast every day with a smile. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable and bathroom was cleaned everyday. We would highly recommend staying here to have an authentic experience of Italy and the Cinque Terre region.

Séjour très agréable, Roberto et sa mère sont vraiment très serviable et de bons conseils. La chambre et la salle de bain privé très propre, chambre au calme. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Roberto et sa famille dans un endroit calme et reposant. Le petit déjeuner était maison et très bon. Roberto a accepté que nous laissions nos bagages chez lui et de ce fait nous avons pu visiter les cinq terres depuis la gare située à 5m de chez Roberto. Très agréable séjour.

Esperienza positiva, la Sig.ra Fiorina è una persona squisita, durante la colazione abbondante si è parlato e ci si è sentiti come a casa. Camera spaziosa in stile antico. Si potrebbe migliorare un po' l'esterno, per esempio sfruttare il pergolato per una colazione all'aperto, tempo permettendo. Ci torneremo volentieri se avremo l'occasione.

Chambre très propre,spacieuse; lit confortable.Maison tenue par une dame très gentille et son fils sur les hauteurs de la spezia; il vaut mieux avoir un bon GPS pour trouver facilement (le notre est tombé en panne et on a galéré). La chambre que l'on avait réservé n'avait pas de salle de bain comprise mais comme l'autre chambre était libre , ils nous ont fait bénéficié de leur salle de bains . Le petit déj est bon (gateau maison, fruits du jardin); Très bon rapport qualité-prix
