I absolutely loved the view from the double doors in my room and its balcony, the comfortable bed, the silence between my room and others (I was only on floor 3 but it was very quiet), the grandeur of the hotel although it is almost like a slight pastiche of itself as some of it is a tiny bit jaded/faded. The carpet in my room and garishly tiled but classically designed bathroom are both approximately 40+ years old but I found really comforting as it reminded me of staying at my grandparents!
I had dinner and it was absolutely impeccable
Service and food and would highly recommend.
The reception desk were very efficient and helpful.
I loved staying here and would love to come back. Highly recommend.

A lovely character hotel with a lovely feel about it . A great room . Lovely friendly staff. The breakfast was good and a great location to Lake Geneva and only an 8 minute walk from the main train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to come to Montreux.

V good overall but give self service cafe a miss!
Outdoor area such as pool etc very good, my son really enjoyed. The food is where it lets itself down. I wouldn’t return to the self-service cafe next to pool - really disappointing. However, breakfast was fantastic. Omelettes with whatever you want made on request. Room service would be a nice addition ...
