B&B HOTEL Dieppe

"The location of the hotel was excellent for us and there was plenty of parking. Our room was clean and had everything that we needed. It was easy to reach via stairs and a lift. We had a couple of issues. Our room booking could not be located at reception and it appeared that we would have to pay again. It took the Receptionist some time to sort the problem out, and it appeared that Expedia had passed on our booking to another company, so it was more difficult to find. She was very helpful and friendly. Also, the toilet in our room would not flush, the tank did not fill with water. As we did not discover this early enough, we had to put up with it and flush the toilet with water that we put in the bathroom bin. We reported this to Reception the following day and the Receptionist arranged for the Maintenance Person to sort it out, but this was too late for us. But overall the impression we had was very good and we intend to book this hotel again."

"Would have no problem staying here again the location is ideal/beautiful, the property is clean throughout and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated but after a long days walk I was more than happy to find this hotel. The breakfast was basic but also very good. The only problem I had was the size of the shower it was difficult to get washed. Anyone who has installed a second shower at 600x600 into a downstairs bathroom will know what I mean. That said it’s a small issue and if I am ever back in this lovely town I would have no hesitation in staying here again."

"The room was outstanding and the view brilliant. The staff were all helpful and despite saying their English was not very much they all spoke better English than my French. More choice for food in the evening would be helpful but what we had was ok although one night it was cold. However a great hôtel and we would stay there again."
