"We stayed at the house for a week-long group trip to off-road the amazing trails available in the area. There were 5 couples - The house is new and everything was spotlessly clean. Kitchen is kitted out with dual fridges so plenty of room for everything we brought and I'm pretty sure we brought everything. The layout of the main level ensured those in the kitchen prepping meals were included in everything. Great open concept. Also located in a gated community so security was never an issue, even leaving coolers and OHV's outside overnight. While all six bedrooms were a little on the small side, they were well appointed with closet space and dressers, so we just unpacked and put the suitcases away instead of living out of them, like we sometimes do. Can't speak for every bed but ours was AMAZING and we were graced with a beautiful view both in the morning and when we retired for the night. Most of the bedrooms had en suites, which is hard to find for a group of our size and hot water was never an issue. We weren't there for the lake so also cannot address the status of the dock or water.MaryBeth was our contact for the stay - she was only a text away and was always quick to respond. "We had a yoga retreat with dear community friends - over 20 of us - with yoga mornings in the top dock, group brunch and dinner, lake life afternoons. Completely comfortable and spacious. Hot tub wonderful. And we all loved the quiet area and the WILDERNESS across the way! Wow"

"This place is beautiful & has everything you need. Plenty of room for everyone. It was almost perfect for us. It would be perfect for anyone that doesn't mind a lot of boat traffic. It's on a main stretch of the lake not far from a marina so the traffic was a lot more than we expected. Other than that, we loved it!"

"I gave it a 4 but it’s really a 3.5. Good location on the water. Great view. Plenty of beds (two families, total of 9 people). Dock was ok / sufficient for a weekend. Jet ski port was great. There’s not really a fire pit at the property… it’s just a circle of concrete blocks close to two buildings with very tall grass around it. The basement ceiling is very low so even a 5’5” person has to bend down to shower. The upstairs bedroom has an exhaust fan in it, with a sign that says to turn the fan on to get the heat out but turn it off if you want to keep bugs out. We stayed when it was fairly cool outside; I can imagine it’s unbearably hot in the summer upstairs. The listing pictures do not accurately depict the many, many steps to the dock that are very steep and rickety. I’m glad we didn’t have our dog or any toddlers with us; they would not have been able to use the steps. It was “clean enough” - don’t look under the furniture. Lots of ticks, which is expected in the area but some basic weed eating and trimming would help. "
