"You get what you pay for. And for about $100, you can experience living in a homeless encampment - looks like 1/2 of the hotel doubles as a homeless shelter as does the hotel adjacent.

Tucked away just off a main road, it felt secluded and peaceful, yet made for a great base to take little day trips and explore the charming surrounding towns.One of the highlights was the field full of fireflies at night—it felt truly magical under a sky blanketed with stars. Being right on the Genesee River and White Creek gave us the chance to explore the shoreline, our 8 year old son loved playing in the creek, skipping rocks, finding toads and trying to catch crayfish. This property is a hidden gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable weekend getaway."
