"The pool wasn’t open nor was the only restaurant. We didn’t have any room service like new towels however the front desk girls were very nice! "

"Continental breakfast was only waffles- not very good for people who expected more. Got to the room and there was still rotting food in the room. The lady at the desk did upgrade us but even the suite looked terrible. Honestly very uncomfortable being there overall. "

"I am very disappointed with my recent stay. We arrived to find our room was not ready at the promised time, which was already an inconvenience. Once we were finally able to check in, the condition of the room was unacceptable: the air conditioning was non-functional, the sliding door lock was misaligned and did not secure properly, and the bathroom was poorly cleaned with visible mold. To add to the frustration, the level of service was lacking; when we checked in, the front desk was actively handing out cookies to other guests but neglected to offer us the same, which felt dismissive after the delay we had already experienced. I expected a much higher standard of service and maintenance from a DoubleTree."

"Honestly, the room was very clean. My only complaints would be that the AC doesn't stay on and will go off after a certain amount of time. We also encountered an ant and a cockroach in the bathroom."
