"We were visiting family in Raufoss and this was the only lodging available in the area. It’s pricy for what you get but there’s no other option near Raufoss. The property is old and small. Expect a very basic room with no A/C (pretty common in Europe). There are drinks you can buy at the reception desk and breakfast is available."

"Excellent location, really near the station. Many restaurants near by. Not sure if it was the room I ordered but it was surprisingly spacious. Clean and very pleasant. Beds comfortable. I was on my own so was going to watch a bit of TV…one English Channel on motorway cops. Dreadful! Read my book! Might be worth taking ear plugs, doors banging a bit. Breakfast was excellent, far exceeded my expectations. Found all staff helpful and friendly. Check in was 3pm, was early so left my bag and went...

"Short walk to the train station, the hotel has a nice patio area. The free dinner on arrival is NOT in the restaurant, but in a reception room. The night I was there, it was self serve tacos. Not great. They should have offered us the special at the restaurant or perhaps a discount on REAL food"

"The cabins are small but fine for an overnight, the beds were very comfy and the bathroom is big with everything provided, they were spotless and the restaurant has good meals and a nice breakfast, the supermarket is walking distance for supplies. Great stop whilst driving."
