The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. We stayed there two nights. Thing that I didn't care for is that our room was never cleaned. We pushed the buttom in the room requesting room service and we even asked a room attendant to clean our room and Nothing. Thank goodness we grabbed some extra towels off of her cart.

The property is in one of the many half-empty towers in the center. The location was convenient. There were two reception desks and it was not clear how many agencies and services were renting apartments there. The apartment was spacious, had a washer and a drier, a serviceable kitchen and the elevators worked well.

Rooms are very comfortable with amazing views of the valley. Food is exceptional. Wine has a great selection… we liked the Serene. Andi is a fantastic server with excellent knowledge and tips! The wine tour and tasting was an additional plus for us- we loved every minute!!
