Seerose Apartment – Ideal for Cycling, Walks, and Relaxation

  • Welcome to the "Seerose" apartment – your cozy holiday home on the edge of the Versmold lake district!



    This ground-floor apartment is about 60 m² and accommodates up to 4 guests, making it perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking nature and relaxation. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The bathroom features a shower. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed linen and towels are included. Free Wi-Fi and a parking space on the property are available.



    Enjoy your own outdoor area with a garden and covered terrace – the ideal spot to unwind. Please note, the garden is not fully fenced. You have a view of the Heidesee, though in summer, shrubs and leaves may partially block it. The property also offers a playground, bowling alley, and mini-golf. In summer, a cozy beer garden invites you to relax.



    Please note: There is no direct access to the lake. Swimming or staying at the lakeshore is not possible.



    One dog is welcome – a dog fee applies on site.



    For longer stays, we recommend a mid-stay cleaning for your comfort.

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber top Cons: Kein Blick zum See und leider nur in Privateigentum des Campingplatz somit fußläufig kein baden möglich gewesen.

Cons: Schade war, das Biergarten und Minigolfanlage geschlossen hatten...Betriebsferien....aber wir haben es den Vermietern gegönnt!!!

Eine Ferienwohnung die keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Pros: Neu renovierte und super ausgestattet Ferienwohnung im Komplex der Gaststätte/ Minigolfanlage. Super Badzimmer, sehr schöne Einbauküche. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Durch die in unmittelbarer Nähe zur wohnhaften Familie Schneider-Eggert, gab es immer einen Ansprechpartner. Mit Kind und Hund nur zu empfehlen. Eigener Spielplatz vorhanden und die Umgebung kann super erkundet werden. Cons: Es gab nicht zu meckern oder zu beanstanden!!!

Wohnung war neuwertig, mit Terrasse und Garten, Nachts sehr ruhig

Pros: Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, Sichtweite zum See, die Terrasse mit Garten war für unseren Hund super. Nachts war es sehr ruhig, wir haben toll geschlafen. In der Gaststätte direkt an der Wohnung haben wir lecker gegessen, so dass wir die Küche nicht benutzt haben, diese war mit allen Utensilien ausgerüstet, allerdings kein Körnchen Zucker oder Gewürze. Kein Kaffee, Tee oder sonstiges dort, daher der Tipp, alles einpacken, was man zum Frühstück/Kochen etc. benötigt. Ein kleines Osterkörbchen stand zur Begrüßung auf dem Tisch. Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wir konnten früher in die Wohnung und auch aufgrund der Zeit Umstellung eine Stunde länger bleiben. Cons: € 10,00 / Tag für den Hund finde ich sehr sportlich, zumal kein Napf oder ähnliches dort war.
