"Lovely accomodation with outside patio and shaded area. Cool for the summer and with underfloor heating to take the chill off the tiles throughout the year. A little noisy at night but it didn't spoil our week. The beach is about a 20 minute walk away and there are walks in the forest so you can walk for miles. "We had an incredible stay at Casa Umbè in Pietrasanta – truly a 10/10 experience. From the start, the hosts Giovanni and Tanja were amazing. They stayed in touch via WhatsApp before and during our stay and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Since taxis are hard to find in the area, they arranged for a friend to pick us up from the train station. "Cute little house in the city center, about 5 minutes from both train station and city center. The apartment was recently renovated and all rooms were clean and tidy. Only tip to the host: please consider changing the mattress, it does not seem old but it was very hard to sleep on."
