3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom & 2 half bathroom beachside pool home located on a peaceful block in South Beach with only 12 homes on one side of street only-making it a super secluded neighborhood.
A short walk (2 MINUTES) along the road to private deeded beach access. Cross the sand dune and smell the sea. It is not uncommon to have the entire beach to yourself.
The space:
3 bedroom 2 full and 2 half bath home- All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and each has its own walk-in closet.
Master bedroom: King Bed, large bathroom and massive walk-in closet en suite. Balcony off of the master bedroom with 2 rocking chairs - listen to the waves!

2nd Room: Queen size bed, walk-in closet and 43" Smart TV
3rd Room: (2) Queen size beds, walk-in closet and 65" Smart TV. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway.
High-Speed Internet Access Xfinity Xtreme (400Mbps download)

100% access to everything on property.
Private pool in fenced backyard.

Excellent home, close to beach, great light in the house, spacious bathrooms. Bikes and beach equipment available. Perfect distance from down town. Nice pool. Hot tub operates w pool (not hot tub). Would stay again!

Enjoy the sun & surf!
Location is great and if you're looking for something a bit more 'off the beaten path' - this is the place. Lovely property in a quiet neighborhood with a fantastic beach.
Pool is fun for swimming and playing (for little and big ones) and lots of local things to do if you're inclined (mini golf, kayaking, fishing etc...).
House is well stocked with everything you need for a great Florida vacation.

Beautiful home, amazing pool and killer beds!
Comfort is key while on vacation and the owners of this home have spared no expense! All living room furniture, all beds and all pillows were perfection, including tons of throw blankets all around for cozy cuddling. Pans of all sizes, spices and other supplies round out the kitchen nicely. Just a short walk to the private beach and you have paradise all to yourself! The owners were very responsive anytime I reached out to them. Overall a wonderful vacation home, and lastly, saving the best for last as it's the biggest win for My family anyway, was the pool! It's HUGE, it's deep (5 ft on both sides, deeper in the middle) and offered absolute relaxation! Thank you for memories made and a wonderful vacation!

Fun times!
The house was perfect for our family of seven plus a dog. Between the beach, pool, pool table and plenty of space we had a wonderful stay with plenty of activities to keep us busy for an entire week. Totally recommend this house to anyone.
