A Perfect First Stay in Vero Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this Vero Beach home. It was our first time in the area, and the house truly exceeded our expectations! It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed and more. You can tell the owner put a lot of care into every detail. The next time we are in the area, we will definitely look to stay here again!

Overall, the property itself was nice, but our stay had several notable issues.The A/C was not functioning properly on the first night, the pool was cloudy and not usable until midway through the third day, and the advertised king bed was actually two single mattresses pushed together, which created a safety concern for our family with a young child. We also experienced multiple unannounced visits to the backyard by a technician, and there were privacy concerns related to access and surveillance devices at the property.As full-time short-term rental owners ourselves, we understand that problems can happen, but we believe clear communication and proper preparation are essential for guest comfort and safety.

This house will not disappoint. The yard and pool are awesome. The owners have left some toys and games that can be used in the pool and yard. There is shade and sun throughout the yard all day long. The owners quickly responded to my questions. The house has two distinct areas that would bode well for two families or groups of adults.

What a house!

This house did not disappoint!As soon as you walk in you are in a beautiful oasis. The house is spacious with plenty of room to be out of each other’s way. The west wing is so quiet and very welcoming. The east wing has the two bedrooms that are perfect for parents and children. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets. The pool and backyard are awesome. The yard has space for games, lounging and good family fun. The owner has left some pool toys, yard games, puzzles and board games. The backyard and pool are designed so there is shade and sun throughout the yard all day long.I had a few questions and the owners were quick to answer. The beach and several ocean front restaurants are close by. We drove a bit and watch some Mets spring training games.We were hoping our flight was cancelled so we could stay. You will enjoy this house immensely!
