Serene sanctuary filled with natural light. This gem of a beach house has spacious living, a screened lanai with pool, and a fenced-in backyard with a fire pit - perfect for relaxing, drinking a cup of coffee or tea or a glass of wine, and taking in the salty air. Fully furnished with three bedrooms as well as a comfortable sofa bed. Easy access to Ocean Drive, historic downtown, and most importantly, steps to a private, deeded beach!

Primary bedroom with King bed and en suite bathroom, second bedroom with two Twin beds, and a third bedroom with a Queen bed. All bedrooms have their own tv and sitting areas. Sofa sleeper available in the den. Guest bathroom with two sinks & full bath, as well as a powder room.

State-of-the-art chef’s kitchen that will inspire your culinary creativity. The spacious kitchen boasts a large island, perfect for meal prep. My family of 5 loved staying at the house for the holidays. The beach is just a short walk and we also enjoyed the pool/hot tub right at the house. The house is really well equipped for everything we needed. Alex is a super responsive host and great to communicate with. We’ll certainly come back!
