Comfy Condo In Highly-Regarded Vero Beach Tennis Village

Comfy and simple condo in the center of the highly-regarded Boulevard Tennis Village, The Boulevard, home of Vero Beach's long-time pro tennis tournament, The Mardy Fish Children's Foundation Tennis Championships $15,000 entry level ATP tournament Two bedrooms (one master with King bed and other with two single beds). Master bath has an oval bathtub and stand-in shower. Large TV and a simple porch. Short term tennis membership is available with rental for an additional fee. It's a short five to 10 minute drive to the beach and the beautiful beachside downtown area with restaurant, bars and shops. A video of the unit can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxqze7KBM5w Renters must sign another rental agreement that is submitted to the HOA Board for approval, not less than 45 days before the start of the rental period and also fill out a background check and rental application for an additional $150 fee.
