A gas fireplace adds a cozy touch during cooler months, creating a warm, lodge-style atmosphere.

As a guest of The Appalachian, you’ll enjoy ski-in/ski-out access in the winter and direct entry to hiking and biking trails during the warmer seasons. Please note that pans, cooking utensils, and a kettle are not included. If you plan to cook during your stay, we kindly ask that you bring your own cookware and utensils. However, for stays longer than 7 days, we can provide cookware and utensils upon request.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return the parking pass, pool badge and locker key to the same spot before checking out. If either item is lost or not returned, a $50 replacement fee will apply per item.
Lost or Damaged Items: Please treat all items with care. Fees may apply for lost, damaged, or misused items (e.g., using towels for messes or removing them from the unit).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
