Nice rooms and bathrooms.
Restaurant staff really helpful.
Postcode took us somewhere miles away up a mountain.
Communication was in German and sent pre-arrival emails that were really important because there's not 24/7 staff at the hotel.

The hotel is recent and clean. The room was spacious enough. The mattress and pillows were comfy. The parking lot is big with wide parking spaces.
