This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner.

I would advice any visitor who have back issues to stay away from this property since the beds are pretty precarious. Our bed was very soft and bounce and the mattress springs could be felt in your body and face when laying down.
Everuthing else is as spected. Great location for ski in-out.

Superb resort with a large indoor swimming pool, steam room and sauna. There’s also a ski room with direct ski-in/ski-out access to the piste which leads to Doron and Pointe de la Masse gondolas. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Be aware that showers are in a bathtub which may be an issue for those with mobility problems. Breakfast is an excellent hot buffet European spread.

Check in wasn't great - took 3 room changes to get the book ed twin room instead of a double. Restaurant was very good - good food with quick service. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. The hotel is quite isolated and there are no dining options around. It is advertised as having air conditioning, but I would not rely on that. Luckily it cooled down at night. Comparing to other hotels in the area, it was overpriced for what it offers.
