"Pros: The pool area was good with generous space around. Lovely sea view from the solarium. The mattresses were super comfortable. Spent a good Christmas here with English tv as well. In fact we have already booked for June. Cons: We had trouble lighting the boiler but owner Jon was good at settling the issue. We are sure Jon knows that a new kitchen is necessary but we didn’t cook at all so it wasn’t too much of a problem."

"Great location - less than 10 min drive to Arenal beach. Villa was lovely. Beds nice and Showers were good and villa was very comfortable. All on one level so easy for me as have walking mobility issue. Large pool and outside seating area was lovely.Would definitely stay here again when coming back to Javea. "

"Pros: 5 of us have just arrived back after 10 days at the villa. The villa is beautiful and has everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is large and not overlooked so very private. Very well equipped kitchens both in the house and outside. Lovely BBQ area. Plenty of room in the villa and gorgeous views from the top terrace area. "The house is beautiful and spaceous. It is perfectly situated by the beach and has a wonderful swimmingpool. The pingpongtable was frequently used by the teenagers, and so was the gym room. A high-end supermarket is a short walk away from the house, and there are also restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely come back!"
