It offers independent living areas distributed over two floors and spaces designed for your comfort. The property features a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, TV, and washing machine. A cot is provided for families with babies, and you can enjoy beautiful mountain views during your stay. If there are fewer than 5 guests, the upper floor, which contains only one bedroom and one bathroom, will remain closed unless previously agreed with the owner.



    You can step out into the private garden and relax on the covered and uncovered terraces, ideal for outdoor meals and moments of rest. The house is just 200 metres from Marina Alta beach, with fine sand and large areas for activities.
