Erittäin omistautunut palvelu. Aamiaista ei voi kehua tarpeeksi Italian yleiseen tasoon nähden. He tekivät tilauksesta uoean omeletin ja juustoja ja leikkeleitä oli yli 10 erilaista. Uima-allas siisti ja iso. Hotellin kylä on erittäin pittoreski.

Hotellet hadde det de lovet. Veldig hyggelig personale og fine gammeldagse rom. Internett var godt. Frokosten var typisk for området, men veldig sjarmerende plass. Sengene var litt harde, men helt OK. Veldig sjarmerende liten landsby å bo i, men det var ingen butikker i selve landsbyen. Veldig fin plass å bo i noen dager/en lite uke for to, men du må ha egen transport rundt omkring for å komme deg steder.

A nice and lovely B&B in peaceful village of Verdu

Very nice little bed and breakfast in the peaceful village of Verduno, near La Morra, Barolo etc. Nice little house with a garden and a pool. It's in good shape with very friendly service, one woman was checking us in and taking care of us during breakfast. We were there with only one another room so we had the place more or less to ourself. Nothing fancy or luxurious but a nice B&B! Just next door to the restaurant Il falstaff which was recommended by several but we chose Trattoria dai bercau just a few streets away, very good. Otherwise, not much of activity in Verduno. A small wine bar by the church.

Dejligt sted, afslappet, hyggeligt. Skøn morgenmad, dejlig pool. Indkvarterings tidspunkt skal overholdes, da adgang er låst, og ingen bemanding. Arrangerer vinsmagning og egen vinfremstilling 100 m væk! Fantastisk restaurant lige overfor!!

Wine country

The hotel itself has a nice breakfast set up. In season it seems as though the pool would be nice. The property is loud!! Tile floors and thin walls, you could hear everything. All rooms face the courtyard, so each time someone returns in the evening you will be woken up. There is a cellar that you get a key to that has wine, water bottles and soda. They don't say but there is a fee for each of these. There is a price list on the table, but it was not pointed out. I figured it was not free, but she didn't even mentioned the fees. This is the countryside so very little English spoken. The town has three restaurants, all open for dinner only. Must make reservations ahead of time. It is a short drive to the other towns that have something going on. There are one or two wineries in Verduno, again plan ahead.
