"The manager I spoke with was very kind, respectful, and professional. Expedia informed me that I could check out before 8:26 p.m., and I have screenshots and other evidence to support this. However, my experience the next morning was completely different. A woman came to my room, knocked loudly on the door, and repeatedly shouted, “Open!” When I opened the door, she immediately said, You have to leave now. The guy is coming to clean the room. I understood that I needed to check out before 2:00...

"Pros: Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist wirklich toll und der Blick über den See vom Balkon aus einfach wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist sauber, stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und für zwei Personen von der Größe her absolut ausreichend. Die Küche bietet alles, was man für schnelle und einfache Gerichte braucht. Grand Hotel Menaggio

Grand Hotel Menaggio

8/10 Good
"We stayed at Grand Hotel Menaggio for two nights and had a very good experience. This genuinely felt like a four-star hotel. The rooms were comfortable, modern, and well-kept, and breakfast had plenty of options each morning. The service throughout our stay was also very good. The location is one of the biggest advantages. You’re right in the centre of Menaggio and very close to the ferry, which makes it easy to explore the other towns around Lake Como without needing a car. For the level of service, location, and overall quality, we also felt the hotel was fairly priced. A great option if you’re staying in Menaggio and want something comfortable, convenient, and well located for exploring Lake Como."
