"Musky smell, a/c not working in lounge bar aeea. I always pay to have access to the premier areas and this was the worse ever. Poor quality food, no bottle water or sodas. And if you want to use the main dinning room you still have to pay. Don't pay the premier rate for floor 9 is not worth it."

"The hotel itself it's clean the morning staff Letty was friendly helpful and polite but the evening staff lady on the other hand was rude and very Curt. The room smell like mold, mildew and oder couldn't put my finger on the right word there was mold on the walls. the AC control is only one speed. ..."
