The property smelt of sewage. The downstairs toilet stunk of sewage and so did the laundry and bathroom that were all downstairs
Badly. Appallingly. You need to remove the property from your rentals. The Alex Scott real estate reckoned they got the plumber but he just made it worse and then the carport smelt dreadful as well then. The next door neighbours could not sit on their balcony then. Don’t rent this property on your rental list.
