- 15-minute walk or 3 minute drive (0.7 mile) to the beach, restaurants, bike & surfboard rentals, fully furnished, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,500 sq ft / 139 sq meter of living space, including a master suite, open living, dining area & kitchen, fully fenced private backyard with patio set & BBQ, new AC/Heating, washer/dryer in garage, wifi, double pane windows, beach towels, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, nearby shopping, entertainment & dining in Downtown Ventura, large notebook of things to do & places to see! SECURITY: For your safety, and our security, the house perimeter is monitored by security cameras. Because we respect your privacy, no cameras are located inside the house. City of Ventura STVR Permit #2287. This rental is subject to temporary occupancy limitations due to Covid19.
