Hello! Thanks for your interest in my home, which has everything you need for yourself and your well-behaved dog. Enjoy the mountain views on the rooftop deck. Sip a cup of coffee on the front porch. Hit the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, which is less than a mile away. Walk just two blocks to enjoy everything Midtown Ventura has to offer, including Buddy's Wine Bar, The Benchwarmer, Singing Sun, and Santa Cruz Market. Downtown is only 1.5 miles away and has great food, shopping, and bars. The house is stocked with laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
The house is a Spanish-style home that was built in 1924. It has beautiful exposed wooden beams, a recently redone large, well-lit bathroom, a new half bath, two bedrooms, an upgraded kitchen, and a brand-new washer/dryer and refrigerator. The house also has two living areas, one equipped that can serve as a third bedroom with an air mattress for larger groups. This all-electric home will be a comfortable getaway for you and your loved ones. I love my house and hope you can enjoy it too!

This was a great place to stay! Exactly what we needed and the host was super chill! Usually I have to wait until the week of to get any check in information. The host contacted me within hours of booking the house with check in instructions. The house was great, no issues at all. Love that it was dog friendly, I didn't realize this when I booked it but loved it even more when we got there. The host was not invasive or overbearing AT ALL which has been a negative experience with other hosts. I highly recommend this property, the decor is also super cute!
