Inside, this home offers a comfortable, easygoing space to unwind after a day by the ocean. The living room features a cozy fireplace and a relaxed beachy feel, while the dining area seats six and connects to a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a five-burner gas range, and plenty of space to prepare meals during your stay.

The home sleeps up to six guests across two bedrooms and a bonus office room. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, while the second bedroom includes two Twin beds. The third bonus room is set up as an office-style room with a pullout sofa and TV, making it a flexible space for remote work, movie nights, or additional sleeping arrangements. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves the home.

Step outside to enjoy the private paver-stone patio, complete with outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and a custom outdoor shower that makes rinsing off after the beach easy. THINGS TO KNOW:
-The third bonus room is an office-style room with a pullout sofa and TV.
-Located just a short walk to the beach and only a few blocks from Seaward Avenue dining.
-Driveway parking is available for two vehicles.
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees apply at the rate of $350/month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
