  • This cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Ventura Heights, just a block off of Clear Lake. The kitchen is well-stocked and open to the dining area. Family room has a big screen tv, gas fireplace & closet loaded with games. Both bathrooms have walk-in tile showers. Laundry room has washer and dryer available. Deck has outdoor furniture with cushions. No pets. No smoking.

    The neighborhood has a park located on the lake, access to walking and bike paths and the public boat ramp is less than five minutes away.
    The house is close to Ventura restaurants and The Viking (ice cream shop) or just a short drive or boat ride to Clear Lake restaurants. Clear Lake is a great place for swimming, fishing and boating.

Extended Lake Stay

Lovely, updated lake cabin. At times, we had folks sleeping in each of the four bedrooms. We loved having two of those bedrooms in the finished basement, as it felt like their very own suite. The bonus room in the garage was a HUGE hit. We spent a lot of time there since it was also air conditioned. The Kitchen had about anything you could want to use for cooking. Host was very easy to reach, friendly and accommodating. Would certain stay here again.
