Thanksgiving Family Getaway
This is our second stay here and it agian met all expectations. Beautiful home summer or fall. We were able to take advantage of the on sight outdoor heater and firepit as well as the indoor gas fireplace during this stay. Lots of family memories made and talks of our next trip back. Thanks again for a great trip and sharing your beautiful home!

The Perfect Vacation Home
From the moment we walked in the door, it smelled so fresh and welcoming. The beds were beyond comfortable. We enjoyed the games available to play as a family. Definitely was not ready to go home. Only recommend having an ironing board available for use, however, I didn’t attempt to reach out to see if it was located somewhere other than the laundry area. Whenever I needed to contact the host she was readily available. Definitely hope to stay here again, but longer!

Family fall break
House was beautiful,well maintained and very well stocked. Screened in porch was great. The grandchildren loved fishing on the pier. Actually caught 3 catfish. Communication with owner easy and responded promptly. Would definitely rent this house again

Labor Day Getaway
The home was beautiful and so very well stocked. We enjoyed prepping meals in the kitchenwith high in and quality applicances and pots, etc. We rented a boat for the weekend and the whole fmaily enjoyed tubing, floating and fishing. We promptly booked another stay in the Fall!

Beautiful!
This property was so nice and comfortable for our family getaway with our boat. The 3 rooms with big beds were perfect for our married children and the bunk room was roomy enough to fit our grandkids. Gourmet kitchen was great for preparing all of our meals so we didn’t have to leave for dinner. The pier was large enough with outdoor furniture for us to enjoy being out with our boat. We were able to keep it in the water during our entire stay. Communication with owner was easy and responded immediately. The only thing this home was lacking was a pack n play for infant. I would recommend this place 100%

A beautiful home with lots of room and amenities!
Like the other reviews stated, this home is beautiful and has everything you can need. It is set up perfectly! A well equipped kitchen with high end appliances, very nice large TVs, ample seating in every room, very comfortable beds, an abundance of nice towels and blankets and many extras including games! The screened in porch is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view as well as the pier which also has swings and chairs for you and your guests to enjoy. We cooked out on the 4th using the gas grill in the beautiful back yard. The lake is so beautiful with easy access to restaurants across the water. We brought our ski boat and enjoyed our time on the water. We had our children and friends join us and everyone loved the home and enjoyed their stay! Thanks for providing us with a wonderful 4th of July Holiday!

Amazing family stay
This place is perfect, especially for small children. We had two couples, 6 kids between us. The kids loved the bunk room and we loved that everything was so kid friendly. The single story and fenced in backyard made things so easy. The house is fully stocked, everything you’d need to cook as well as games for game night. We also really loved that “our end” of the lake wasn’t super populated. We took our boat and tubed all weekend, mostly right in front of the camp. Thank you, Jamie, for an incredible weekend! We will be back!

Perfect Lake House
This was a perfect lake house for my family to enjoy. We grew up spending summers at the lake, and we had perfect access to everything we needed. The house was equipped with all the cooking supplies we needed which made the long weekend very convenient. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Heaven On The Lake
We booked Family Ties to celebrate my birthday with the whole family and this place exceeded all of our expectations! The location is beautiful and we spent lots of time on the dock, the screened in porch and on the water. The house is beautiful with comfortable beds and furniture and absolutely everything you could ever need in the kitchen. The hosts were so easy to work with, promptly answering all our questions. The house was ready and clean when we arrived. If you want a lake vacation this hits all the marks! We will definitely be back!

Better Than Advertised
This home is really nice and spacious with a beautiful lake frontage and view. I don't think the pictures on the listing do it justice; it is better than advertised. Four bedrooms and three baths accommodated our entire family. An iron fence in the backyard made us feel more secure with our young kids. The fact that it's one story made us feel better about the grandparents' stay.

The house is spacious with roomy area's to visit. It was very clean. Decorated nicely. We really enjoyed the back porch in the mornings. We were wanting a home with nice amenities and we found it with this home. The host was professional and answered my questions prior to our arrival. She also responded promptly when we had a question during our stay and we did appreciate that.

Staycation on False River
The camp was welcoming and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The only drawback was the lake was so shallow at the end of the dock. The children couldn’t swim off the dock.

We can’t say enough about this beautiful home and the family memories made . The bedrooms are large and beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well stocked with all that is needed for cooking and meal prep, the host is helpful and responds quickly to all messages. . The perfect getaway weekend!
Six friends gathered to begin our birthday summer and had a simply wonderful time! We enjoyed every sitting area the property offered. The pier furniture is super comfortable and relaxing. The patio seating and fire pit area are great for grilling, the porch is perfect for coffee and dining, and the inside areas are super for dining and movie watching. Everything was well appointed. The kitchen was nicely stocked with necessities, spices, and cleaning supplies. The bathrooms have travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap, and makeup removal towelettes. We went into town for the freshest produce at Glaser’s. There’s easy nearby shopping for other supplies for groceries and fishing. This property is very highly recommended!!

Folks, if you a have an LSU grad and want a fantastic place to stay, this is the place. It slept all 10 of us comfortable. It's well appointed, complete with hair dryer, laundry, body wash, shampoo, 2 beautiful outdoor spaces. We never felt cramped. But this kitchen is unbelievable, fit for a professional cook! It appears like you're a ways from the campus and Baton Rouge, but we got there in 25 minutes, this place is so worth the drive. Hands down, the best online place I've ever rented. Communication with the owner was seemless too!

When I tell you, that house is more than amazing. 🥰 no other place I've stayed has compared. To have them home fully stocked and the games. There is a walmart in the next town over - 10 mins away. This comes ready to live. It was just awesome.

This home was perfect for our family getaway. With comfortable seating and dining areas both indoors and out, it was easy to gather together or find a quiet space to relax. The kitchen and wet bar had all the supplies needed for meal preparation. Nice extras included games to play, toiletries in the bathrooms, coffee and tea by the Keurig, and USB plugs in tables and nightstands. Also, our host was great to work with and replied to questions within minutes.

Our staff needed a place to regroup, unwind, relax and rest. This fit the bill perfectly!! The house is very nice with comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. The outside area and screened in porch were enjoyed by all! We especially loved the outdoor furniture (very comfy) on the deck. And the view is amazing! We definitely would recommend this property!
