SUN PERCH VILLAS are located on beautiful False River which is a 10.5-mile oxbow lake located in southeastern Louisiana. We are 30 minutes from Baton Rouge and less than an hour from Lafayette. False River is great for fishing (having often held the state record for the largest bass caught) and other water sports including boating, sailing, swimming and water skiing.

It was a pleasant stay. The only problem was when my husband pulled the blanket off his pillow, there was a dead wasp. Other than that, it was nice and quiet. Friendly guest w/his dog helped inform us of places to view. I would definitely come back. Thank you.
