First time in Avignon and this hotel was superb. The staff welcomed us after a horrible train ride from Paris and explained everything we needed to settle in. The room is spacious and clean and the street view is lively. Location is central to everything - hence the name. Always felt safe and the hotel restaurant has great service as well. Would stay here every visit to Avignon.

"The cleaners had left the door open during a rain storm so the living room had a huge puddle and the curtains had soaked up the water and it smelled awful. Also we had asked for a baby cot in advance and reconfirmed the day before but there was no cot meaning there was nowhere for our child to sleep ..."
