"Hotel is centrally located, and staff were helpful and kind. The mattress was visibly old, with one side being lower than the other. "Located right beside the Braga train station, within a 10 minute walk to the arch entering the historic centre. So many sights to see. The air conditioning wasn’t working the two nights we were there, and did report it, but luckily it was cool at night, so slept with the window open (we were on the 6th floor). Elevator was a luxury! Very basic hotel room, nothing fancy but clean enough and bed was comfortable."

"This hotel does was it says on the tin. It is definitely a 3 star and I miss the tea/coffee facilities in the room! There are no spare plug sockets to charge electrical items. We were lucky and got given a room on the 4th floor which had a balcony. This hotel is very close to the old part of Braga and so extremely convenient. Breakfast is basic and choice is limited but it is fine to start the day. Parking is very limited however there is a public car park close by and relatively cheap."

"The property was beautiful and very well done from a design standpoint. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was great. 24 hour gym, nice indoor pool. "Very impressed with this hotel - it had plenty of space, was modern and clean, free parking and a free breakfast on the 12th floor with incredible views of Guimaraes. Good value too. It's next to the train station so it is convenient (I didn't hear any noise from trains or road). It's a 5-10 minutes walk into the old centre, but plenty of restaurants along the way. I'd stay here again."

"We had booked Hotel do Lago but were transferred to Hotel do Parque which I understand is an upgrade. The area both hotels were located in is very interesting being in an area of Christian pilgrimage. The grounds make for an interesting and tranquil walk that was worth about half a day. The only real drawback is that there is only one restaraunt in the area and it doesn't open until 12:30 and closes after lunch until 19:30 which is a little late for us. The food was good however and the price...
