Very beautiful, comfortable 2-family house "Villa Ginestra", 2 storeys. 2.5 km from the centre of Ventimiglia, 5 km from the centre of Bordighera, 13 km from the centre of Menton (Côte d'Azur), in a secluded, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 2.4 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: large, well-kept terraced garden, 5'000 m2 with plants and trees. Private: swimming pool (above ground) (4 x 2 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Pergola, garden furniture. 150 m long steep motor access. Stepped path to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Erholung Sommer 2025

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Ginestra sehr genossen. Der Ausblick ist natürlich unbezahlbar. Der Internetauftritt entspricht 1:1 der Realität. Der Pool wurde von unseren beiden Töchtern sofort in Beschlag genommen. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf Monaco und kann mindestens einmal in der Woche ein Feuerwerk über der Stadt bewundern. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben uns mehrmals frisches Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten gegeben. Die Anfahrt zur Wohnung erfolgt zwar über eine enge und teilweise sehr steile Straße, aber wir konnten das auch mit unserem großen Familienvan gut bewältigen.

Vermieter sehr nett, wir bekamen sogar frische Feigen aus dem Garten. Haus sehr sauber, einziger Mangel Schimmel in der Wand in 1 Schlafzimmer + Bad. Küche voll ausgestattet. Stauplatz großzügig. Außenbereich top. Pool etwas klein (schätze 1,5 x 3 m + nicht tief), zum Abkühlen ok + Kinder hatten Spaß. Aussicht wunderschön. Liegt sehr weit oben auf einem Berg. Steiler Hang, zu enge Straße mit viel Gegenverkehr und viel hin und her Geruckel. Nichts für schwache Nerven/Magen. Insgesamt gut.

Familien Urlaub

Ferienwohnung top ausgestattet, Vermieterin sehr freundlich, Handtuch- und Bettwäschenwechsel nach einer Woche und ruhig gelegen. Ausblick sagenhaft, Sandstrand unten ein super Geheimtipp, Lage gut um Ausflüge nach Südfrankreich zu machen, Fahrrad zu fahren oder einfach nur den Blick zu genießen. Nur die Zufahrt ist am Anfang eine Herausforderung aber nach ein paar Tagen okay. Alles im allem zu empfehlen.

Es war hervorragend

Lage und Ausblick des Hauses ist einmalig! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und kommunikativ aber in keinster weise aufdringlich. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Stunde wohl gefühlt!! Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Tolles Haus - interessante Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus, welches sich hoch über Ventimiglia befindet. Die Anfahrt ist echt interessant (so würde ich die sehr steile Zufahrt bezeichnen) Wer in die Stadt laufen will muss den Berg runter und danach auch wieder hoch. Die Wohnung selber ist modern ausgestattet. Bad mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken alles in einem Raum. Waschmaschine ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Spülmaschine inkl. Tabs waren vorhanden. Spülmittel, Schwamm , Lappen, .. alles war da. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Zauberstab vervollständigen die Ausstattung. Die Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten großzügige Schränke. Die Betten sind mit 1,60m Breite etwas schmal, aber für eine Woche geht auch das. Die Terrasse bietet einen spektakulären Ausblick und lädt morgens schon zu einem sonnigen Frühstück ein. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt und haben die Woche sehr genossen.

Sehr sauber und eine recht mod...

Sehr sauber und eine recht moderne Einrichtung. Die Aussicht ist umwerfend. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich – brachte Früchte und eine riesige Pizza – aber trotzdem unaufdringlich. Die Zufahrt auf der Straße ist tatsächlich gewöhnungsbedürftig, aberauch mit größerem PKW zu bewältigen – immer wieder muss man ein Rückwärtsfahren einkalkulieren. Reisetipps: Ventimiglia, Menton, die Städtchen im Roia–Tal sind alles sehenswert. Auch Wandern ist im Roia–Tal zu empfehlen: Abstellen am Friedhof in Airole und auf dem Talwanderweg loslaufen. Vom gleichen Parkplatz lohnt sich z. B. auch eine kleine Rundwanderung zum "Case Fasceo" (ausgeschildert).In Frankreich ebenso von "Peille" nach "Peillon" wandern ...Direkt loswandern kann man von der Unterkunft in Richtung der Hanbury–Gardens und direkt nach Ventimiglia.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr schön. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Die Fahrt zum Grundstück und umgekehrt in den Ort ist für Angsthasen nicht geeignet. Max 18%Steigung und schmal, so daß man auch mal den Rückwärtsgang einlegen muss. Grandiose Aussichtauf das Meer. Reisetipps: Monaco, San Remo, Sospel, Mentor, Tende Pass Wir haben vieles mit dem mtb bike erkundet.
