Our group stayed here last year. No issues. New ownership and management this time and the experience was not good. VERY rude contact person. Very nasty in the messages and rude to myself and the guys when they had to call because the electric was not working in parts of the house. She even told one of the guys he could “pack his stuff and leave”. There were dead roaches floating in the oil of the deep fryer. There were roach droppings in some of the pots and pans. The maid had to be called as one of the beds had stains all over the sheets. We will not be using this house moving forward. This was the fourth year that our group of men went fishing and stayed in that area and the only time we have had a bad experience with the lodging. Very disappointed after spending over 10,000 for six days and being treated so poorly. I hope this review helps the new owners to make adjustments where necessary so that they can be worthy of the rental rate they are requesting.

This is a great property for large groups. You are located within walking distance of the gas docks at the marina and the house has plenty of common space for relaxing. Top notch fishing with fish intimidator and Kyle gray at Mexican gulf fishing company paired with this condo made for an unforgettable weekend! Thanks Nicole!
