This luxurious villa sleeps up to 6 people and has great amenities including granite counter tops, fresh bathrooms, bedrooms and screened in lanai / balcony. The villa has 3 flat screen HD televisions and high speed internet for those who prefer web-surfing to wave surfing. A wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops are within easy reach. Linens and towels are provided with beds made! YMCA is 10 min away with beautiful outdoor pool, whirlpool and sauna at very reasonable rates. Available for rent by the day, week or month. Minimum renter age is 25 yrs. old.

We love the location being one block from the beach with daily yoga. Close to the downtown shop’s & restaurants. Wonderful service from the property manager, fully stocked kitchen, nice screened patio, etc. It was lovely!!

Beautiful Venice Florida

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Barcelona Villa B. The villa has comfortable furniture and beds. It is stocked with just about anything that you will need. Quiet side street yet close to town and beach. Highly recommend this place for you to enjoy Venice Florida.

The accomodations were really good and the location just a short walk to the beach. The weather and surf conditions weren't as good as we had wanted but that is not in anyone's control. There were some nice shops to go to on Venice Ave.

The place is clean and a great location. I attempted to contact the property manager and received voicemail with no opportunity to leave a message. The kitchen sink has a leak and the second bathroom toilet did not flush.

Best FL vacation yet!

The location of the property was perfect. Truly was just steps from the beach. The size of the unit was great and was exactly as advertised. Communication was excellent. Beach was amazing and loved the small town feel of Venice. Lots of beach toys etc for us to use which was very convenient. Night and Day compared to some place like Destin. We could go out to the beach at anytime and easily find a spot to put the umbrellas and relax. We will not only be back but will bring others to rent out the other units as well.

Perfect location near beach and historic downtown Venice

Location is perfect. Unit is older, but maintained, nicely decorated, clean and a good size for two of us. Why a rating of 3 vs 5? The master bedroom wall is "paper" thin, sharing the same wall as the next units bedroom. You can hear everything clearly, I mean everything. But once "business" was done it was the loudest snoring we could hear, so loud and non-stop we moved to the 2nd bedroom. Unfortunately that bed mattress was so uncomfortable and the bed frame noisy... it definitely needs to be replaced.But as mentioned the location is what makes this a nice place. We had a water issue (not the fault of the property) and the property manager was extremely responsive. Off-street parking under the building is nice.

A little dated, but nice

VBRO was a little dated, but very nice overall. It was a great location to beach and shopping. Kitchen was well stocked and there were adequate towels, but I wish VBRO provided more beach towels and or beach blanket. Also, there were 5 of us and so we used pull out sofa bed. We had a late flight and didn’t get to VBRO until midnight and had to change sheets in bed as the one that was on it was dirty/dusty, full of crumbs or something. House-keeping may want to verify clean sheets on ALL 3 beds. Also, it would be nice to have another couple blankets as I was chilly sleeping, but there weren’t any spare blankets as the only extra was used on the pull out bed. Overall though, it was an enjoyable stay.
