**Disappointing Stay – Significant ** Travel Nook - The unit differed substantially from the Expedia photos, resembling an enclosed, uninsulated cinder-block garage with exposed electrical components. This should not be considered a vacation rental. It should be included in the main house rental. patio pictured was not assigned to us, the actual outdoor area was poorly maintained, and an interior door opened into the neighboring unit, creating a privacy concern. The unit was uncomfortably warm, with no central AC—only an inadequate portable unit and older bedroom window unit. Ant and roach traps, some appearing full, were throughout the unit, lizards were found inside, and one AC vent lacked a proper cover. Sunday the plumbing was unusable: the toilet would not flush and backed up, and the shower did not drain. After about three hours without a response, Expedia intervened. We were told tree roots were blocking the drains, an issue that should have been resolved before arrival. Other concerns included a missing living-room smoke detector, damaged window screen, tiny kitchenette, six-inch step into the kitchen, and no shower storage. Despite paying $150 for cleaning and $10 for linens, we had to take out trash, strip beds, separate towels, start laundry, and run the dishwasher. Overall, the property had serious maintenance, cleanliness, communication, privacy, and listing-accuracy issues. We would not recommend it.

This place was PERFECT for what I needed! I was a little thrown off by the issues getting in (didn’t get instructions:key code didn’t work/lock stuck) & other minor issues (dryer venting inside & A/C filter needing cleaned), but LOVED the responsiveness and helpfulness of the host/maintenance!I did end up buying rags bc 2 face clothes was not enough & there were no dishrags. I left most of them there since I didn’t need them at home. It also would be nice to have more dishes so it feels worthwhile to actually run the dishwasher. I ended up just handwashing since I needed to reuse the dishes soon & didn’t want to have to wait on the dishwasher.All in all, it was a wonderful spot & I absolutely LOVED how close it was to beaches! Thanks for the amazing stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. I will start with the pros The communication and help from the managing group was excellent. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Inside was clean, cutely decorated and had a lot of conveniences. The tv was large and the remote was easy to figure out and use. The bathroom was a nice tiled shower stall single sink and toilet. There was everything that you needed. Towels, beach towels, they even allowed me to purchase an beach umbrella that I left there. That was a great thing to do. Now for the cons. It isnt a whole house. I would rather not share a space but thats me so I dont really know that it is a con. The most inconvenient con is there isnt a shelf in the shower area itself. There was a shelf just putside the stall you could reach from inside bit I dont like the curtain touching me so that was a big inconvenience. The living room couch has seen a better day. I couldbt sit there. The springs were gone in it and it really hurt my back. My husband was alittle sore from it but could use it. There was a decent table with stools and a really nice desk chair I was able to sit at. We didnt use the kitchen for cooking or anything but everything was there and it was clean. There is a nice washer and dryer there. It works great and there was dryer sheets and laundry detergent available. It was loud so you wouldnt want to do it when you were trying to watch tv but it was efficient and didnt take long to wash and dry. This was a perfect location to
