The open floor plan allows views through to the screened-in lanai that overlooks the lake and golf course. Modern fully equipped Kitchen, Quartz and stainless throughout as well as tile flooring throughout. Laundry room with full size Washer/ Dryer. Storage near the elevators. Current amenities include a championship golf course and the condo comes with two golf memberships. 1 detached garage.
