Good Houseboat
This one has most everything needed for a fishing or hunting trip. Lots of beds and easy access to parking lot. Only complaint is no Wifi but we didn’t contact manager so maybe it is available. Would stay here again.

Thank you for your repeated stays Ted. Wifi is not available in this vacation rental. No internet is better than an unreliable internet. Wifi is available in some public areas.

Clean place that works fine for a fishing trip
Despite good directions it is somewhat hard to find. Cabin like and but kept clean as advertised. Washer and dryer worked fine but Outside ice machine did not work.

We was there 6 nights. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. ROOMS WERE NICE AND CLEAN WHEN WE GOT THERE. There were 10 of us and NOT ONE COMPLAINT. Will definitely be staying again

Great Place!!!
I’ve stayed at this place a few times. Cliff is always very accommodating and friendly to work with. We love this houseboat for a few reasons: 1. We can park right at the front door. 2. Easy walking distance to the Marina/restaurant. 3. Our charter boats can pick us up right from the back deck. 4. Six people can stay here without anyone having to climb in to a top bunk. 5. Two bathrooms. This is a nice clean place with everything we could ever want for our fishing trips.

Great boathouse
Looks are deceiving on this boathouse. Very nice inside and clean . Beds are comfortable!!! Pillows were great too ! I have 26’ boat and had pile of room ! Will definitely stay there again !!

Weekend tuna fishing.
Loved the houseboat! Was clean and had what we needed for a great weekend of fishing. Great location right next to the marina. Hot water could have been hotter but we made due. Will book again my next trip!

Lots of room clean .Everything you need. Except ramp needed to enter off of parking lot. I have had knee surges don't walk well. Going from the step up boxes to entrance I had to have help. Best Place I have stayed there,just a ramp needed. Thx Will be back.

Great location
Great place for a group of fishermen. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was in good working order. Clean and comfortable. Being able to drive to the front door to load and unload made life much eaiser.

The houseboat was roomy and nice. Having 2 bathrooms is nice when you have a group. The only complaint is that the central heat did not work and we picked the coldest weekend to go so we all cold.

Had a. Great stay in Venice. Houseboat is as advertised, basic sleeping and living quarters with enough space for at least 8-10 people. Great location - steps away from Venice Marina. Hope to stay again in future.

Recovering after Ida
This houseboat survived Ida! We were among the first in after the storm and the houseboat was in really good shape. It has some growing pains, like one of the toilets needs constant priming of the toilet tank, but it is well stocked, a great ice maker, great location near the restaurant. I'd go back anytime!

Enjoyed our time!
We went for my sons 10th birthday, we really enjoyed it! Caught some bass, reds, sheepshead. Good time and the place was nice! Everything we needed to come back and fry up our catch! :)

place was great.
We had 10 people total. Plenty of room. We had 3 20”cc boats that we parked out back with ease. Location at the marina was prime. Can’t wait to book again. The only thing issue was no WiFi and the cell service for me was terrible but some other members didn’t have issues. But not sure if those are really issues haha. Back porch could be bigger. But no big deal. Great place.

Perfect houseboat with excellent t location for a fishing getaway. Able to driving up to and unload gear and short walkable distance to marina. Nice back sitting area and boat access. Accommodations were perfect for small or large group. Thanks for the memories!

Overall a wonderful experience. The place is clean and well located. Unfortunately WiFi is a necessity in today’s world and the kitchen light fixture doesn’t work and we couldn’t get the fryer to work. We really had a great, comfortable stay!
