Brand new Venice camp just 5 minutes from the marinas. 3 bed 2 bath 1,500 sq/ft house with all the amenities, 85" flat screen TV, memory foam mattresses, Starlink Wi-Fi, granite counter tops, fish cleaning table, covered parking. Great views of the Mississippi river. Watch the ships pass you by on the large front porch. Take long walks on the levee and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Mississippi river. Located on a quiet street in Venice Louisiana you won’t want to leave! PLEASE DRIVE SLOW SLOW SLOW ON ELLZEY LN!!!!

Whole house extremely clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking / eating utensils, condiments and coffee. Huge TV with great leather couches and chairs that recline is the best!!! Our group of four men stay here yearly for our fishing trip and love it!

Stunning property

The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. Close to the marinas but far enough away you aren't hearing air boats come in through the night. Absolutely recommend staying here.

Perfect place for fishing trip to Venice. House was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitly stay here again. Dollar general across the street is really convenient if you need anything extra.

Very nice and modern house near Venice marinas

The property was great for our group of 6 working out of Venice. It was very close to the marinas and had plenty of room in the driveway for our boat, and was a comfortable and clean place to come home to and cookout and relax on the porch and watch the boats go by on the river. Would definitely stay here again!

Venice Red Fishing

Such a nice place to stay with family for our 2 day fishing trip. We've stayed at other places in the area and this is by far the nicest and the roomiest for us to visit, eat, watch tv, cook meals, etc. We definitely look forward to coming back! Thank you!!!

The exterior of house is well kept with plenty of lighting for night time activities. The balcony is a great size and always has a pleasant breeze. The interior of the house was very clean with a great layout for family event or hanging out with your buddies. The kitchen had all necessities. we really enjoyed how centralized the house was to stores and both marinas. We would definitely rent house again.

This is the place to stay! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!

I stayed here with a group of 10 guys for a weekend fishing trip. The house was excellent! The host was very helpful and very responsive. The house was clean and seemed very new. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out inside and outside. Didn't feel cramped in the slightest way. Great kitchen and great furniture. All of the beds had a comfortable mattress. The Wifi worked great. We grilled and hung out on the lower patio majority of time when we weren't fishing. Overall, I believed we stayed in the best place down there and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good getaway!

Annual fishing trip

The home is obviously a new build. You can smell the newness as you walk in. The beds were comfortable, great water pressure for showers, stocked kitchen, huge tv, awesome WiFi (thank you Elon). If stairs are not in your plans for a vacation, this may not be the place for you. There are 32 stairs to get up to the front door. This made unpacking and packing a bit challenging but definitely doable. Just pack light, or bring a hoist system to pull your luggage up. LOL The host was super nice and we will stay again. Home was very very clean.

Great location- very convenient to Cypress Cove Marina and Venice Marina. Dollar General almost directly across the street. As other reviewers mentioned, it's new and clean. Plenty of room, has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.
