5 STAR -3 BEDROOM 3.5 BATHROOM RENTAL WITH TWO FULL KITCHENS & A LARGE DECK OVERLOOKING THE MARINA w/ PRIVATE DOCK!



Direct water access and private dock! Our private rental is conveniently located at Venice Marina, on Sports Marina Road, off of Highway 23, in Venice, Louisiana - home to the World's Best Fishing! There is ample parking for boats and trailers. Spacious lodging for a group and extended stays. Our private rental is simply superior - it includes all of the luxuries and comforts of home to maximize your enjoyment, experience and pleasure, while in Venice.



Our home boasts 3 Bedrooms/3.5 Bathrooms with over 2600 square feet of living space and sleeps 11 guests, with each person having his/her own bed. It is perfectly appointed and fully furnished. It includes TWO fully equipped kitchens, a solid landline telephone, satellite television with local channels, outside deck, ice machine, private dockage, fryer, BBQ grill, plus much more!



*** NOW FEATURING *** a full size Ms. Pac-Man arcade video game!

It has an open floor plan which includes a large living room, dining, and kitchen combination and includes fishing photographs & trophies of past guests and their catch. The upstairs AND downstairs fully equipped kitchens include a Refrigerator, Range, Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave Oven, Coffee Pot, and Toaster Oven. All of the pots, pans, dishware, and utensils are provided. There is a laundry room that includes a washing machine and dryer.



The master bedroom includes a king size bed & a private full bath. The second bedroom includes (3) three sets of bunk beds with comfy pillowtop mattresses (Vibe 12" Memory Foam) , & a private full bath. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed with twin pillowtop mattresses (Vibe 12" Memory Foam), and (2) individual twin beds & a private full bath. Overall, our rental sleeps 11 guests with each person having their own bed or 12, if doubled up in the master. All beds feature 1800 thread count microsoft, super soft sheets.



Our home boasts a STRONG satellite signal for Hulu, NetFlix, SlingTV, Prime Video, and much more! Also, featuring a private landline phone for crystal clear phone calls (your option to share the # with your crew back home lol). Also, attached 1st and 2nd floor wood deck with exterior tables & chairs, along with two barbeque grills.



Venice Riverhouse is located in the heart of Venice Marina. The main fuel dock is located steps away and features, fish and duck cleaning stations, fuel 24/7, ice 24/7, stocked ships store (bait, tackle, marine supplies, etc.), fish cleaning, fish processing and shipping services and a roving night watchman.

very comfortable and well equipped house with all that was needed to make it a great long weekend of fishing. Hosts were very helpful and responsive with questions. Highly recommended and I will definitely stay here next time I am in Venice.

We absolutely loved our stay with ALodging. The house was conveniently located walking distance from the marina where we departed for our fishing trip. There is also a restaurant that will cook your fresh fish, and the crawfish there was excellent. The king bed was super comfortable and there were plenty of twin size beds for our friends and family. The house was well stocked and even had an ice machine. The hosts were easily reached and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Owners were very communicative and made every effort to make sure our use of their condo was hassle free and enjoyable. The location is the best in the marina. 100 yards from the fuel dock and marina center. Plenty of beds for a group of 6-8. 2 kitchens for cooking upstairs and downstairs. You can pull your car right up to the door for unloading. Boat dock if you bring your own. Great fish cleaning area and ice machine, so you can package all the fish you catch with Mexican Gulf Fishing Charter. Will stay here again next time I travel to Venice.

Gorgeous condo overlooking the Venice Marina. All of the amenities one could ask for was readily available at the condo. My husband and his friends were able to pull right up to the condo using the boat slip and clean fish and the boat. Thank you for making my first trip to Venice so memorable.

The property is ideally located for quick access to the gulf for excellent fishing. Very close to the heart of the marina. Only downside is that there are no real grocery stores close by so bring your food with you if you have specific needs

ALL YOU COULD ASK FOR

We had a group of 10 and just can't say enough how much this place meets the needs of everyone. Yes there are stairs, but they are managable, and we had a 90 yo grandmother with us. From the moment we arrived we fell in love, and we have stayed at lots of places in the marina. The intial thought is wow, there is so much space for people to spread out. Pro's: 2 kitchens, bathrooms everywhere, cold AC, especially upstairs, balcony for the most amazing sunrise views, dock for guides to pick us up direct from condo, and for hanging out in the evening, beds were super comfy, ice maker, 2 refirgerators, eveything you could need this place is stocked with it, 1 thing my people loved which is such a small thing, but a HUGE thing for us was there is a label sticker on every single switch letting you know exactly what light or hurricane shade that switch is for, small yet huge!!! I could go on, but this place was clean, linens were fresh and plentiful, and easy in and out, owner communicated so fast when we did have 2 questions.....I would say to any of my friends "stay at this place", and yes we will stay here from now on as long as it is available to us.....5 stars from all of us.
