Great Rental in South Venice

Unit was clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable especially the bed. Carmen was very friendly and offered to help on numerous occasions. I would highly recommend this rental for 1 or 2 people

We were very pleasantly supplied with our stay. Everything was very clean, huge shower, comfortable bed, full size laundry. We met Carmen and her husband and they were very nice. We will definitely go back next year.

Had everything we needed including items some of the other Vrbo's didn't have. Bathroom and kitchen soap, wash clothes, coffee and filters. Very quiet being upstairs.

Vacation of our dreams!

This rental was very dreamy. It was clean, affordable, easy to talk to the landlord, and had many ammenities. They had some beach equiptment for when we went to the beach as well as beach towels. The neighborhood was great and we felt like we could come and go as needed. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent location-Extremely clean

The location was very close to beaches, restaurants and easy to find. It was so clean we thought we must be the first people to ever stay there. Small kitchenette w/full size refrigerator. Washer and dryer. HUGE shower! Super cute balcony. Our stay was just perfect and we truly enjoyed the property and location.

Hands down the best decision we made

This place was amazing. I want to start by highlighting our host, Carmen, who was absolutely amazing and had exceptional hospitality. This place is an apartment above her home and it has all the amenities you could ask for. It was clean and absolutely fit the Florida vibe. It was seemless to check in and out which made our trip that much much care free. If you are looking for a place minutes to the beach with more than enough room and clean, this is it!!! If we ever come back this will be our go-to spot. Thank you Carmen for making our trip that much more memorable!

What a Great Stay

My 5 yo daughter & I stayed here for 4 nights recently & were very pleased with the rental. First, it was spotlessly clean. You could tell it was well-kept. Secondly, I was so pleased with how much room we had to spread out. Many vacation rentals show you misleading pictures, often implying there's more space than there really is--NOT this one, though. If anything, we had more room than the pictures showed. Finally, Carmela & her husband are incredibly nice people & great to work with. They both were so sweet to my little toddler daughter, letting her pet their pets, for example. I would happily stay here again.

Lovely studio apartment.

My husband and I Stayed 3 nights. Very clean apartment. Nice size refrigerator/freezer. Amazing shower! Appears very new. Queen bed is high but they have a small step stool to assist. We did not use stove, microwave or toaster over during our visit. One note: there are 17 stairs up to the apartment. When it is wet they puddle and are slippery. We had a couple of days that had very heavy rain and in the evening it wasn't very well lit. Personally, ti believe the sheets were microfiber and too warm for me. Nice Cotton would have been better for the price.
