Family Owned Waterfront 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Fully Furnished Condo

  • Our condo is a private, waterfront unit with a boat dock located in Cypress Cove Marina. The condo accommodates eight guests but can & has accommodated up to twelve guests when arrangements are made. The condo has a full kitchen, laundry room with washer & dryer, three bedrooms & two baths. An 800 pound ice machine & charcoal grill are available for our guests to use. A large covered patio as well as a large back deck overlooking the water allows for maximum relaxation while lounging around in one of the many chairs or swings located at the property. Cypress Cove Marina has a fish cleaning station that allows for speedy cleaning of fish or ducks without having to worry about discarding carcasses. Cypress Cove Marina is a full service marina complete with fuel, ice, bait & a restaurant.

This condo is a great place to stay if you're fishing in the Venice, LA area. It is furnished nicely and will sleep 7 people easily. Also, it has its own dock for your fishing guide to pick you up.

Family fishing trip

I myself own a vrbo rental and i can tell you from experience that Hunter"s home in Cypress Cove is First Class. It has everything you can think of for a family that loves fishing. I highly recommend this beautiful oasis of a fishing camp especially if you have access to a boat. I will definitely be returning.

This place was extremely nice and very well stocked with kitchen items. Well furnished and great location. Only 2 min boat ride to the jump where we slayed dem SPECS! Only negative I had was that there was no WIFI. For what this place cost to rent, WIFI should be included.

Offshore Fishing Trip

My group stayed 2 nights while visiting for an offshore trip. It was the perfect spot for us. The house was really nice, everything worked and it was really clean. Some beds were a little hard according to 3 of 5 guests, I got lucky and had a pretty plush mattress in the master bedroom. Our boat was docked at the marina around the corner and the boat was able to pick us up right in front of the house, which has its own dock. Both the little restaurants have pretty good food, I recommend the fried snapper throats at Crawgator’s which is about 7 minutes away at Venice Marina. Overall, we will be coming back for years to come and we plan to stay here if at all possible.

This was my third time staying at this property. We love the location of the property on the water at Cypress Cove. The property is well constructed, is always clean and very functional. I particularly like that the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms have plenty of towels and it’s adequately stocked with cleaning supplies. There’s also ample parking for guest. The host is also very responsive and easy to deal with.
