Brand New Houseboat located in Cypress Cove Marina. Everything you need for a comfortable stay right in the middle of the best fishing in the world. Charter fishing available for pick up right outside the back door.

The houseboat sleeps 12 guests comfortably, with a double bed, two twin beds, and 3 sets of bunk beds. The houseboat features a full kitchen featuring a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and Keurig.

The property also has a gas grill located on the deck for use by our guest. There is also a fish cleaning station and ice machine for your convenience.

The weather was bad, so we actually checked out a day early. The house was not cleaned upon arrival but the property manager communicated well and got the cleaning people there.

Sportsmans Paradise

Our stay was great, We enjoyed doing what we love to do this time of year with such comfort. One key feature is the ability to leave your boat in a very safe area at night and not have to launch it every day, which takes a lot of weight off of your shoulders. The property manager was very professional and easy to communicate with. Furthermore, if you’re looking for the most modernized houseboat in the Venice area, I am 100% recommend this one for you and Friends.

It was a nice little place. Our only issues was the WiFi wasn’t great even with the TV! The ice machine doesn’t work properly - we had to keep putting the hose back on. Overall quiet nice place to stay & we enjoyed it.

The place is nice overall, but the ice maker didn’t work (it was partially repaired during our stay) and the internet was spotty at times. The charcoal grill was new, but very cheap and didn’t cook very well. A gas grill would have been nice. There is plenty of room for a large number of people, but some may not have access to good AC. The host was great and very responsive. Overall, I would stay again.
