This is a great economical houseboat in Venice Marina. It is a retired offshore living quarter covered into our Island Time @ Venice Marina. We have used this boat for years for fishing and duck hunting and have loved it. It is perfect for 1-4 guys or up to 6 people.

It has full over full and twin over twin bunk beds, pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. that you need to have a great meal. The boat has a huge rear deck overlooking the water with a large charcoal grill, a 4ft fish cleaning table, a large ice machine, and much more.

In the Unit Washer and Dryer
Charcoal Grill
55" Smart TV with Dish Network TV services
All the kitchen items you would need to cook your catch.
Comfortable beds
All bath linens are provided
and more.

We strive to keep many of the essentials on board (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, body soap, shampoo, hand soap, salt, pepper, community coffee, sugar, equal, creamer, etc.) But in some cases, these items may be depleted.

Fantastic vacation

The property was very clean it was very comfortable, I would recommend this location for anyone. Chris was great he was a lot of help and we have booked another trip to the same location in January. Looking forward to going back to Louisiana. Had a great time thanks to Chris.

6 Man Beer Can is a perfect spot

My son and I stayed for 2 nights and fished. Captain picked us up right on the back porch. Place has everything you need and is in a great location. Chris communicated with me throughout and good not have been nicer.

Great little place.

Was three of us staying 8 days for vacation. The house has everything you need right down to the coffee and filters! It's fully stocked with virtually everything you need to stay. Even an awesome ice maker. There is a fish cleaning table and a freezer for your catch. There is also bait in the freezer from previous guests to use up as well. I was able to park my boat right there which made it even better! Air conditioning was ICE cold and so refresher a long, hot day on the water. Nothing but good things to say about this little place.
