4-Bedroom Pool Home Convenient To Beaches

Vacation at our spacious 4-bedroom 2-bath comfortable home. You have complete privacy in this convenient location close to anything you may need. It comes with four distinct bedroom areas with lots of privacy and comfort - Each bedroom is in a private area, one is off the Florida Room, a bedroom off each side of the living room, and a fourth bedroom is a small mother-in-law apartment. The pool is heated, so you may always enjoy a swim. The weather seldom disappoints! This home is a great home base for all your activities! You will be within five miles of many beaches, including Venice Beach, Casperson Beach, and Manasota Beach. A few miles up the road in Sarasota is the world famous Siesta Beach - a must see! But, you can only spend so much time at the beach. There are so many other things to do, enjoy great dining of all kinds, golf courses, shopping galore, biking, kayaking, swimming, nature walks, or just relaxing and doing nothing at all. The Sun Coast has it all. Note that we previously had half the home blocked from rental for remodeling, so many reviews refer to a 2-bedroom home.

The location, amenities, and host were all on-point. Close to Caspersen and Nokomis, which was important to us. And Nick was so helpful - we had a great week!

Amazing location & loved the pool !!

My boyfriend & I stayed at Nick's place and it was perfect for us, we wanted to visit to see how we might like living near Venice FL. We worked from the house and enjoyed the pool after work !!! We brought our Golden Retriever so it's pet friendly. The dog beach was not far away for an amazing time at the beach. We highly recommend this home, Nick is super nice and his communication was great. We will be back again !!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in Venice. We enjoyed the beaches and downtown shopping. We ate at Brew Burger, The Old Salty Dog, Dockside Grill & Crow’s Nest. All locate and great places to eat. We spent some time by the pool at the house. The pool is heated which made our swims awesome!! This vrbo is pet friendly. We brought along our dog and he loved it. Super spacious.

Nice home near beaches with pool

Smooth check-in, nice home with 4 bedrooms and plenty of space to spreadout. Nice washer and dryer (we just used dryer for beach towels and swimsuits) so convenient! Screened in pool was very refreshing in 95 degree days, kids loved it. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Great vacation stay

This is our second time at this vacation home and we absolutely love everything about it! From the location, the pool, the house, and the area itself is so quiet as well as peaceful. Not far from beaches. Also, that it is pet friendly which is a plus! Highly recommend this place.

It was clean . But needed updating the ac wouldn't go below 73 im a northerner i like it cool the fans were a life saver . The pool was a hit pool side chairs were flimsy .worked well for what i needed it to . A quick in n out for graduation. Convenient to the family in the area .

Wonderful stay in Venice

Nick's place was roomy, comfy, clean, and perfect for us. Quiet, safe neighborhood yet close enough to US 41. Beds were an easy sleep, plenty of room throughout the house. Pool was so nice to have for relaxing. Most of what you might need was in the kitchen. Nick was quick to message when needed. Used our Comcast most of the time on TV. Mad Dogs and Mad salads are also a hit with us for a quick meal.

Perfect place to stay for a getaway

Our family stayed here for a long weekend to sneak away to the beach. We did not have any issues during our stay. Neighborhood was quiet and the pool was perfect.
